When do your new gi batches release?
We release our products in limited batches. To stay updated on the next drop, please subscribe to our newsletter or follow our official social media channels for countdown announcements.
How do I ensure I get the right size?
Our kimonos are designed with a specific athletic cut. Please refer to our detailed Size Chart on the product page. Note that most of our gis are pre-shrunk, but slight shrinkage may still occur if washed in hot water or machine dried.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it is placed?
Due to the high demand and limited nature of our releases, we process orders immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.
What is your return policy for limited edition items?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government upon delivery.
How should I care for my Shoyoroll gi?
To preserve the longevity of the fabric and embroidery, we recommend washing your gi in cold water and hanging it to dry. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemical detergents.
