Please note that limited edition drops and archive sales are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed, unworn kimono or apparel back in its original bag with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of hair, dust, or odors.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
